Here’s what you can expect in the clinic
Blood Pressure Check
The doctor reviews the patient's blood pressure in the clinic and ensures that it is within the DVLA's accepted normal ranges.
Eye Check
An eye check is included in this medical review. Following the review, if corrections are required, the patient is referred to optician/ optometrists.
Documentation
The doctor reviews the patient's documentation, i.e. GP record summary, to ensure that there are no medical issues that can affect your driving.
Medication Review
The doctor will review the patient's medications, to determine the eligibility to drive, based on guidelines from the DVLA.

What Should You Bring
All patients are requested to bring these four documents. Please ensure that you have them
A Valid Photo ID
Driving License or Passport or any government issued photo ID document. Without an ID, the clinic will not proceed further.
Drug Prescription
Bring your prescription slip if you take medications. All medications should be reviewed by the doctor, so please bring this mandatory document
Medical Notes
Bring your GP Medical Records, if you have any chronic medical issues or if you are ongoing medical treatment
Glass Prescription
Bring your glass prescription if you wear glasses. This is not mandatory if your prescription is more than a year old

All drivers who are above the age of 45 need to keep the license updated and to that end, they need to complete a medical review. That’s where we come in.
Between the ages 45 to 65, you need it once every 5 years and above 65, you need it every year. You will surely get a notification from DVLA asking you to renew it. So keep an eye out for the same.
We know it is stressful, but don’t worry, we will try to make the medical review process, as painless and smooth as possible
This booking includes an eye test, but that being said, if the doctor finds that you need correction of glasses and if you don’t meet the criterion, then they would refer you to an optometrist or an ophthalmologist for further accurate correction.
The mandatory documents are listed above, namely,
- A valid photo ID
- Current drug prescription slip
- Current medical documents (if you have any chronic medical diseases or ongoing medical issues)
- Current glass prescription (if you wear glasses and you have had a review, within the last year)
This medical review is valid for 4 months from the date of signing.
All GMC registered doctors with a full license to practise, can complete the D4 medical review.
Not really, our clinic tends to be digital, so we print off the completed forms for you at the clinic.

We are offering the most discounted price in the whole country as such. That being said, there is a discount for our business partners. So if you are a driver working for one of these business partners, you would be given a special code for a discounted price.
Booking with us is really simple and elegant. You can book appointments in a very streamlined process. Once the payment is done, the invoice is sent to you via the email provided during the registration process. If for any reason, you have not received the invoice, please check your junk folder.

You are free to cancel the booking with a full refund, up to 48 hours before the booking starts. This is to ensure that clinic timings are not wasted.
Cancellation is initiated by using “Manage This Appointment” button at the end of your booking notification email. This opens up a new webpage, where you are presented with options to reschedule or cancel.
The refund will be sent to you in 3-5 working days.
